The Louisiana Table is a customized multi-course experience designed for anniversaries, executive dinners, celebrations, and other special occasions.
Guests can sit back and enjoy the meal or add interactive elements, demonstrations, and stories about the techniques behind each dish. The experience can be formal, relaxed, or a thoughtful combination of both.

Tagged Out Kitchen arrives with a traditional jambalaya pot and everything needed to create the kind of gathering Chef Lance grew up with.
The food cooks on-site while guests gather around, pour a drink, ask questions, lend a hand, and watch the meal come together. Someone stirs the pot. Stories are shared. The cooking becomes part of the evening.
This is not a formal class or a typical catered event. It is a relaxed, participatory experience where the gathering is just as important as the food.
Guests can gather around the pot, learn how to build a proper roux, hear the stories behind the dishes, watch a tableside preparation, or help bring part of the meal together.
If you prefer a more traditional private dining experience, Chef Lance and his team can handle the preparation and service while you focus on your guests.
